Howard Glenn, Managing Partner

Howard Glenn has worked in the executive search and talent advisory space for over a decade and founded Heritage Executive Search in 2023.

Prior to Heritage, Howard joined New Capital Partners, a top quartile private equity firm in Birmingham, AL, to build their Talent group. There he focused on recruiting C-suite and VP level executives and implementing talent strategy for NCP’s portfolio companies.

Howard previously worked for a boutique executive search firm where his responsibilities included managing senior level searches within the private equity practice and building the emerging PE portfolio. He also co-founded a software startup that helped organizations assess potential hires and measure cultural values at scale, and later sold the IP to another technology company.

Early in his career, Howard co-founded Watsi, a tech-enabled healthcare platform focused on underserved populations abroad and the first non-profit organization ever invited to participate in Y Combinator, and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Costa Rica.

Howard holds an MBA from the University of South Carolina and an undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University.

He and his wife live in Birmingham, Alabama with their two sons.

Vamsi Tetali, Advisory & Tech

Vamsi Tetali is a leadership advisory consultant and seasoned AI expert with a strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and leadership development.

As the Head of Digital Products at ghSMART, he led digital product development, and drove the end-to-end digitization of ghSMART's core dataset and the development of Machine Learning/Natural Language Processing-based tools on top of a newly digitized dataset. Prior to moving into the Head of Digital projects role, he completed 300+ executive assessments, and led numerous organizational and talent diligence effort for PE and non-PE investors as Principal. Over his time at the firm, he became known as the "go to" assessor for CIO/CTO/CDO roles and for a variety of C-level roles in manufacturing companies. Prior to ghSMART Vamsi spent 3 years at McKinsey as a strategy consultant.

Vamsi’s unique blend of skills and certifications, coupled with his track record in the intersection of data science and executive assessment, makes him a key asset in architecting the tech stack and strategic roadmap for HES.

He and his wife live in Atlanta, GA with their two girls.
